  Called to have my fridge repaired on December 26th. They were here within that week sometime to look at it, needed a part. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing, call in and told part hadn't arrived should be there next day. Wait for a few days and I call in AGAIN. Part is there, they'll be here the next day. NO-SHOW. Since then it's been rescheduled 3 times and NO SHOW. Tech tells me he's the only tech they got right now. Not my problem. Needless to say here it's been almost a month and my fridge still has not been repaired, AND I paid for the service run. I have asked my home warranty company to send someone more reliable.
