  Last month on a Sunday morning at 11am I clicked the "I'm interested" tab on Zillow. My phone rang within 5 minutes and it was Ben. He immediately got me in to look at the house which is no small task because magistrate had to approve ALL decisions regarding this sale. I work nights at the local hospital so my schedule is upside down but Ben was there for me basically 24/7. He phoned me at 10:30 pm one night and at 8 am another. He even answered an email or text at 2am!!
  Every person he put me in contact with regarding mortgage companies and insurance were top notch and a pleasure to work with.
  Ben is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.He helped me get the house of my dreams!!
