  This is a great gym. The staff is awesome a clean place. Most of all if you have a family it is kid friendly. They even have classes for kids, you don't have to be a member for. Once your kid goes to a couple of classes you will want to support this gym. For our family it has been life changing. My son was the slowest on his soccer team now he can compete with the best of them. If you want to see results stop in and speak to Mike he has real passion in getting you on track.
