  Approximately one year ago "give or take" I broke the clasp on my deceased Mothers necklace. I took it in, "the pendant that hangs on this chained was appraised at 5,000.00"
  
  Bill put a lobster claw on it, I wore it for a couple of months then put away over the summer months. Just recently I got it out as the holidays are approaching and noticed the lobster claw that was put on is BLACK! I called, I went in and was told that I myself did not want to pay for REAL GOLD by his wife. Which is utterly absurd and a total lie.
  
  I am 56 years old, I have a lot of GOLD jewelry and never, ever in a million years would I have agreed to put a piece of junk on my Mothers heirloom necklace!
  
  Buyer Beware or better yet go elsewhere.
