  What a joke! I set an appointment Sunday around noon for four new tires at 6pm Monday. The gentleman explained that the latest appointment could be made an hour before closing, 7pm. Figuring I could leave work a little early & make it.
  I show up, on time, to an hour and a half wait time, BEFORE they could start my car.
  I overheard the "mechanic" discussing the situation with the desk girl. Three cars in the bay, a new battery replacement, which the mechanic was currently searching for the proper attachment, a truck with "no tires" & a car that was receiving 4 NEW FREE tires as someone had originally installed the WRONG TIRES FOR THE CAR. He then said that he could start my car in MAYBE 1.5 hrs but wouldn't be able to finish as his ride would be arriving by then.
  At that point I realized I would not receive adjusted mechanical services & told the associate to please cancel my appointment. The mechanic by then was still searching for that attachment...

  This Tire center is terrible. As of late, the workers will do whatever they can to get out of doing work on your car to lighten their workload. They told me that they could not change the oil in my car because it was a diesel. (The oil filter and change procedure is identical to gas cars.) and they also will always tell you that there is some unseen defect that prevents them from repairing or rotating a tire under their road hazard warranty. Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait for two hours only to be told they won't do the work. Wal Mart could avoid these issues if they paid their technicians by the job, thus making the workers actually WANT to do the work, but they won't.
