  This location is horrible. Every time I go there, something is wrong or I'm waiting 15+ minutes no matter if it's drive thru or inside. I went there last week and told the front cashier , Natalie, that I wanted 3 soft tacos and a drink. It took my entire 30 minute lunch break for this when I work just down the street. I get back to work and at least happy I can eat after waiting all that time but it's 3 hard tacos (which I don't eat) so I called and the manager Dave apologized and said for my wait time and order being wrung up wrong, he'll take my name down and give me a credit of 3 soft tacos, a drink and a cookie. Said its all noted and all I have to do is come in the lobby and give my name next time. I went back today and dear god, it's Natalie at the front counter again. Gave her my name and told her Dave gave me a credit and it should be written down. She asks me for my receipt which I had no idea where it was as this was last week and told her the manager said I just need to give my name. She said Dave was here today and to hang on. She keeps running back and forth from the back up to me asking about my order. I imagine the manager didn't really document it because they act like they had no idea what my credit was for and I was asked to hang tight and stand aside because now her line is almost out the door. I'm thinking someone is going to come talk to me or something because Natalie seemed like it hadn't been figured out yet, so I didn't complete my order yet. Next thing I know, another worker drops off just 3 soft tacos. I didn't know I was waiting for the order, I thought I was waiting for the manager. So I'm pissed because not only did I NOT get everything DAVE promised, but Natalie didn't even ask if I was ordering anything else. So I had to stand in this long line AGAIN with my tacos in order to complete my order. Tacos were super cold by the time I got my other food. I will never go back there. Everyone else in the line was pissed too asking if anyone was working back there. They're always so slow and don't keep promises
