  Dr Douglas was polite, patient, explained everything in a way I could understand and very efficient. His assistant Gabrielle was wonderful. There was an error in the billing and the receptionist Gina(I think) took care of it without a fuss. I never enjoy going to the dentist but they made it as pleasant as it could be
