  I actually found this office to be one of the nicer behavioral health providers in the Tampa bay area. All Childrens was a nightmare; their waiting list was over a year out and they didn't even respond to messages. This office, on the other hand, has returned every one of my phone calls and messages left with various departments. I've obtained medical records timely, I've had the physician's assistance call me back, they faxed necessary paperwork to my son's school, and what medication we were agreeable to they prescribed the lowest dosage so as to avoid over-medicating my child. We've seen the same psychiatrist each time we go there. I don't believe they are trying to dope my child or bilk us for money; Baycare is actually a non-profit organization.
